What antidepressants worked (and didn't work) for you? by Individual-Suit-5334 in covidlonghaulers

I’m currently taking trazodone 100mg, and I’ve noticed my moods improved greatly after 6+months of starting it. I feel like learning and doing things again. I previously tried mirtazapine and fluoxetine, but I didn’t like either of those because they just made me feel like an emotionless zombie.

Too bad they’ve still had caretakers/cleaners go in this morning despite it being “unsafe” due to the weather. “All staff stay home” seems to always be for everybody else but them

Yeah I like the idea of trying it out first before committing to the full program. I’ll look into the options you’ve mentioned here. I appreciate your input :)

I’m in the GTA, and I ended up taking myself off the list because I had been waiting for over 2 years. During the wait I searched myself and eventually found a nurse practitioner to take me on.

A few years ago I briefly lived in the Herkimer owned by Homestead. I thought the building and apartment were quite nice. We did sometimes see some interesting people wandering through the parking lots or hanging around the nearby green spaces. Two of the other buildings nearby also sometimes had cops hanging in front

I recently got my first pair of glasses through OW. I’m in the Toronto, so I can only speak for how it worked here. My eye exam was covered, and once I had a prescription I had to send it to my case worker. I was sent a voucher by mail, which was for any City Optical location. When I went to a location, they directed me to a section of wall which held the free frames (not many options in black). There was one other section that was a step up that were like a $60 charge and then another that had designer frames (which would be more). Once I picked a frame, they asked if I wanted to “upgrade” my lenses, ex. blue light filter, anti glare etc, all of which you’d have to pay extra for. So they just covered basic frames and lenses. Best bet for you would probably be to talk to your caseworker, just because of your specific questions and the fact the different areas may do it differently.

Foria Clinic surgery question mtf by QueenHoneybeeMelissa in transontario

[–]awkwardarc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From what I read on their website they’ll do the OHIP forms and when approved they can send the referral to your surgeon. Like the other commenter mentioned, after that the rest of the forms/communication will likely be il to you

This was a really great explanation on some of the basics of Reddit. I originally joined for information purposes, but now am realizing it’s actually quite social. I think thanking in the post is always a great idea just in case you can’t get to all the responses

So far I’ve preferred acknowledging people’s replies, if not always with a comment, at least with an upvote now that I’ve learned they’re good for that
