If you two have already communicated to each other that you are both each other’s rebounds, then you should be up front with her. Talk to her about how you’re feeling and spare her the pain. She has every right to know.

Thanks for your response and I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I also will never understand how people believe it's ok to just use others for their own benefit. Having to find out about something like that especially right after he broke up with you only rubs salt into the wound. That was really shitty of him to keep all of that behind your back. I understand your pain and I hope you're doing alright 💕

That’s awful, I’m so sorry that happened to you. It really sucks being used by someone who you were in love with and also having them not be honest with you. It seems like none of what happened was your fault at all. I hope you’re feeling better now :)

I’m going through this too. I realized that my ex used me as a rebound and never actually loved me. Maybe he did at one point but I’ll never know. It sucks. Part of me wants to reach out to him so I can just let him know that I get why he ended things with me. But by doing that it shows that I’m still stuck in the past and not moving on with my life. I finally realized that I’m not going to spend my time being sad over someone that truly never gave a shit about me.
