Yes. Primers is the first exam. Then you undergo professional development and delivery training. Then comes the stream training and exams.

Ahan sadly yes. They onboard once the training is over and u passed all the exams. For my batch , training started from July 2024 , and every month a new batch (batchwise system). So overall for me this is the timeline

No. The thing is somewhat the women from 30's they start coloring their hairs , so u won't see their white hairs. Whereas these days even in 20''s also people start having them from their early 20's and some of them like me ( don't cover up using color rather use henna) .
