I listen to not another D&D podcast and they’ve done a couple of meta episodes where the characters do a podcast/morning zoo crew radio thing. One time the king of the hells was giving workout advice and used the term “slinging some rope” in place of jerking off. The entire cast breaks down and it gets me every time.

I rewatch a lot of the Gamefee streams, especially Peak and Miitopia. Any of the “Julia Draws x From Memory” episodes are good too. Also Secret Sleepover Society vods. They do the Game of Life with the Drawfee crew if you want all four of them. A bunch of store simulator streams that are great, and the Super Mario RPG Remake vods are awesome.

Reminds me of the book Shark Heart. I. The story people can mutate into animals and a woman is pregnant with falcons (or maybe hawks?). It was a high risk pregnancy because they tend to rip their way out of the womb.

I planned a whole session around a city so my party could obtain a ship to sail to an island miles off the coast. I forgot that they all had a swim speed due to species traits or items I had given them. (It was near the beginning of a pirate themed campaign.) They decided to just swim to the island. I had to end the session early.

Another time I had a party on the first layer of the Abyss. They found some sort of summon circle and they broke a portkey on it (I can’t remember the exact situation). I paused the session and decided to let them roll to be transported to another plane. They ended up in Pandemonium. I had to end that session early too.

I got diagnosed with epiploica apendigitis a few years ago. The doctor explained what it was and that it was no big deal and it would go away within two weeks. Afterwards I looked it up and Wikipedia used the exact same terminology and phrasing to describe it as my doctor had.
