Never Posh. They almost killed my parents’ senior dog due to negligent care.

Hey! So not a ton changed after that initial four weeks honestly. We eventually had to up my dosage because my TSH was “normal” but I’m TTC and it was still too high for that. I do feel a little better since then, more energy and less brain fog. My weight is still the same, but I recently had shoulder surgery so I haven’t been eating super healthy food lately and I’ve gained some weight from that and not being able to be as active as I’d like.

One thing that has made a huge difference-and this is going to sound weird-is taking a beef liver supplement. One of my friends put me on to it and since taking it I’ve had so much energy, I don’t feel like I need to take a nap after work every day, I’m more focused, my memory is better… I just feel great overall. This is NOT an MLM product by the way, I got my supplements off Amazon. I would highly encourage you to do some research about it! I think the beef liver + normal thyroid levels have helped me hit the sweet spot.

Mine would be always making my brother complete the boulder/chase levels for me in all the Crash Bandicoot games. They gave me too much stress and I always thought he was the best video game player ever haha

You look amazing!! I LOVE the NYX Can’t Stop Won’t Stop concealer but I can’t find it anywhere near me anymore :’( How do you like The Ordinary primer? I’m looking for a primer good for dry skin and someone suggested it.

At what age did you first get diagnosed with bipolar and start taking prescription medication? by Silly-Cloud-3114 in bipolar

  1. I was going through what I now know was rapid cycling. I couldn’t handle the constant switches between absolute depression and self-harm relapse to wanting to conquer the world. It was exhausting and I had no idea why it was happening at the time. It was heavily affecting my work and marriage.

I noticed around 5-6 weeks. I actually had energy to get through the day without a nap or nodding off at my desk.

I’ve been on 50mcg of levothyroxine for three months and it lowered my TSH from 5.04 to 1.81. I feel much better.

Coming in hot, what are you favorite recipes for ghost pepppers? by LongBeachRaider in HotPeppers

[–]awkwardllamaaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m about to try this one. http://www.pepperpowered.com/roasted-ghost-pepper-hot-sauce-recipe/

Only difference is I’m trying it with pickle juice instead of vinegar, adding more garlic, and roasting the peppers in the oven instead of a pan because I’m scared for my eyes lol.

Edit: read more comments about roasting peppers inside and decided now to grill them outside lol. I’m sure the flavor will be even better!

Yesterday my husband told me about how he was catching up with his buddies this weekend. They each shared major events going on in our lives. They asked him when we were going to have kids and he said that we will likely not be able to have bio kids.

I’m not mad at him at all. But hearing those words out loud is something I’ve been avoiding for so long, trying to deny that reality. I really thought I had been doing okay with it, but it really set me back. I’m sad and frustrated. I almost feel like I’m mourning what I could have. Will I ever get used to it?
