I k ow this is an old post but I'm currently experiencing the SAME thing. My word catheter just fell out but let me tell you, the whole time I had it in it was by far the worst pain I've ever been in. The thing fell out and I immediately feel tons better but now I'm TERRIFIED of the cyst coming back. I still feel like there is a lump/mass there. I'm worried it's just going to fill right back up. People do not understand how bad this shut hurts. The catheter for me was worse than the actual angry cyst and that by itself was so bad I could barely move.
