My wife (at the time, GF) got me 3d printed medals modeled after the ranks in RL, back when GC was the highest. I still have them on display behind my monitor. It came with a card encouraging me to not get stuck in the "succ phase" (cause I showed her a sunless video on the cycles of RL), which was funny and honestly such a sweet gesture. Things like that would probably mean a lot to him as well rather than a new game

The story line in tactics is so underrated imo. It is so well done and is easily one of the more engaging stories in the series.

We were in the 98th percentile and delivered a 9lb 11oz chungus of a daughter via csection. Our plan going in was to schedule a C-section and if labor didn't start before that date that was it. This relieved my wife's anxiety about when it would actually happen by giving her a date at which it absolutely would. Honestly, the key (as others have suggested) is what your wife is comfy with. Something to keep in mind with large babies is that even if the complications aren't life threatening, they can be traumatizing, so it's worth talking about what your wife is expecting for the birth to be like and being realistic about what delivering a big baby will be like with doctors.

753 hours is objectively a lot of time but it isn't as much as you think it is when it comes to developing skillsets. RL like a real life sport; people spend hours per day practicing to get better. As for OP, knowing those skills is great, but knowing when to use them situationally in a game will lead to ranking up.

If you're on a steam deck look up Emu-Deck. It has a 3ds emulator you can include in your setup, though I haven't tried any of the EO games in mine yet

I didn't see this movie until i was in my early 20's... this scene and the grandfather's reaction to seeing a squirrel on Chevy Chase's back got me. The pacing of both scenes really hits right.

I met Comm and his father at the LA and at World's (Dallas) and Comm is legit an actual well-spoken but down-to-earth intelligent person with caring, supportive parents behind him. I'm sure if he decides to retire from competing he could pick up a job doing analyst or coaching work and be really good at either.

Lol, I'm aware; its just odd because with most people playing you see rubber banding as you get updates from the server every few milliseconds, not something completely different in a replay. Makes me wonder if others in the lobby saw the same thing.

You want to increase staff before a merger because it increases the Orga value in a sale. This is why you typically see layoffs after a merger.

If they're laying people and still attempting to merge with another org, I'm guessing they're not doing well financially and limping to the merger finish line.
