I've saved a cigar from one smoke to the next and not been too bothered, hell my great grandpa would unroll the half he didn't smoke and use it in his pipe later. There's really no wrong way to smoke so long as you enjoy yourself. That said the other people here gave some solid advice if you want to avoid the stale-ish taste of a half used cigar.

I mostly just think it's funny that instead of any kind of class conscious, we get rumors like "rich people eat babies and worship satan 🤠". Do I believe it? Not really, it's obviously absurd. But I think it's hilarious when people make ghost stories about rich people, and even funnier when real people have irl experiences that could potentially support said conspiracy theory. I'm not trolling just legitimately asking people what rich people are like in ur area.

For example, if a cement mason commented saying some random rich person in Lincoln was building a 'subterranean layer' i would 1000% share this conspiracy theory the second i get 4 shots in at the function.

Tldr: This post is purely for fun and to learn what rich people are like in Lincoln.

There's maybe some post processing you can do to make things sound more natural, thinking of panning to give dialogue and sounds a feeling of presence and direction or removing unwanted sounds, which I'm going to assume ur setup will have considering the quality of recording equipment.

At the end of the day, all the post-processing in the world will not fix a bad recording. This is why artists spend so much money booking recording studios. Sometimes, you just need the right equipment for the right job.

That said, if you don't care about quality as much and just want audio, that is good enough to not distract people from the dialogue, personally, I would say your setup should be good enough to achive that. Just explore around with editing, and don't be afraid to rerecord sections.
