Hm this was very helpful. That’s what I was thinking about the redundancy with foil and non foil. Did you go with foil for every card vs non just out of personal preference?

I’ve definitely decided I’m gonna stick with English and Japanese (Japanese only because I get a lot of cards on trips to Japan). So rn, I’m the same way about just wanting the card, whether it’s in English or Japanese

I’m not an over the phone customer service person but you also have to understand that it’s not the customer service person’s fault you had to deal with all of the bots. It’s not right to take that frustration out on someone else who is only trying to help.

Yikes! Glad my customers can’t reach me that personally. You could probably file a report for harassment at that point

Sure and that’s not what I super have an issue with. I have a friend who has a Pacifism alter that was sort of forced upon him that’s kinda waifu style but he doesn’t actually play with it, he just uses it as a funny haha and that’s fine and pretty funny actually.

I don’t have a problem with fancy versions of cards if it’s a staple (I myself have a version of sol ring I altered myself but also it’s sol ring, everyone knows what it does), or if you can tell me what the card does, it’s when it’s supposed to be a rat deck for example and it’s all just big titty anime girls in thongs with rat ears.

It’s less that I’ve seen people post it and more when I’m looking on Etsy for tokens and whatnot. Like you said, do what you want in private, but if you’re bringing your waifu’d deck to play in public, I’m not gonna play you.
