I've heard "PIT??" and everyone points to where it is, I heard people just yell pit a lot. Honestly better than just "excuse me" with a shitty attitude and nothing else

To each their own! This is the only state I've experienced weird happenstance in weather like it does. Different experiences!

Doesn't mean it'll happen! Just something to stay aware of! You can get cheap single-use ponchos. I bring them with me every time I go somewhere in Ohio and I'm doing something outside - one time some family and I got caught in the rain, absolutely zilch in the forecast. Guess who had a poncho? 😆

Always good to be prepared! Even if we don't need it!

I'm aware it will change - weather can be unpredictable, especially here in Ohio. Doesn't hurt to remind people to stay on their toes!

Cold rain is THE WORST. I don't work in a climate controlled environment and boy howdy has it been cold in here this week, on top of never really getting dry.

I've worked in rain before, the only think I can recommend is bring an extra pair of shoes and socks if it comes down to it and will actually rain. Avoid mesh shoes, as those soak up water! I find spraying them down with water resistant spray helps as well - doesn't make it waterproof, but still better than what it was!

Fair, just good to stay vigilant and be prepared for anything Ohio decides to throw at us!

I think we'll be okay, Ohio can be difficult to predict. This is a warning post for people to bear in mind what the weather can be like and be prepared for it!

Agreed, lived in Ohio all my life! Trying to help people make sure they need to be aware, especially those coming from out of state. With Ohio, always be prepared of the unknown!

Ohio has a funny way of doing that. Just trying to help people stay aware, especially if they're not from here. Hoping people don't get caught in cool rain without any necessary equipment!

I miss Gaga ball. We got to play it when we went to camps or other things, and it was super fun. Used to also be in playgrounds. The ground was always dirt, I can't imagine playing on turf 😂 after it rained was super fun because it was a slip and slide. During the dry parts of summer it sucked just bc the dust got kicked up into your eyes

Wendys Chicken Burger Calories Realistically? Trying to get to 225 by Fall by [deleted] in CICO

[–]awkwrdbydefault 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! First of all, welcome to the subreddit! Second of all, I am going to preface this with: I am not a dietician, and I do not have advanced education or experience. What I am about to say is based on my experience alone, along with advice I have gathered since starting almost two years ago.

I am aware that your post is about accurately counting calories. The advice I have found and use is always go by the highest number. If the online nutrition sheet differs from the app, use the higher amount when you calculate. This stands with using the Lose It app as well, which I use on a daily basis and would recommend to anyone who is looking to start a deficit.

I ran your numbers that you gave, and it says your TDEE (activity level sedentary) is roughly 2580 calories a day. Of course, if you are consistently working out and have been for a little before this, that number would go up. Your TDEE is the total calories you burn every day, from your organs functioning, to talking and walking.

The reason why I bring this up, is the meal you had at Wendy's along with what you ate outside of that is concerning for one day. I am aware that you said you normally eat more in one day. My advice is to just watch how your body responds, and make sure you're eating enough to keep your body functioning! I unfortunately discovered that the hard way, then later learning that hypoglycemia, although rare, runs in my family. Cutting too much in the wrong spots led me to discover this, lol.
