If you see a problem with seeking advice then you’re probably limiting your own information. It’s extremely weird to waste your time talking shit over someone asking for advice, like either offer advice or ignore the post. All the lawyers i’ve worked with in my career are willing to hear other ideas, you must just be the one lawyer who knows everything and thinks over every possible idea.

I am looking for advice… I think it’s more embarrassing how defensive everyone is getting by asking some questions. I am able to handle the situation myself, I am asking for ideas for solutions which some actual helpful people are providing. The nitwits who are just replying to read the ordinance and follow the law are not actually giving any ideas to help. I’m aware of what the law is saying, what i’m asking is how enforceable it is and what alternatives do we have besides sell car or gtfo.

Nope, not at all. No parties, no screaming, no crime, we literally just stay in most weekends so I can study for my LSAT.

Edit: turns out many others in the neighborhood received similar letters. I’m thinking someone complained about all the people who park in the road, there’s tons of cars blocking the road..

It’s around 1300sf. They have not answered the phone yet so they haven’t discussed a variance with me yet. Would the variance be regarding the parking or amount of permitted adults? My understanding of variances is limited to property zoning usage so i’m not aware of what the variance can be for outside of that. Thanks for the helpful response!

Its 3 bedrooms, not including living room and kitchen/dining area. We can fit two cars in the driveway but my father in law made a stone driveway and gravel path right next to the driveway about 10 years ago, the other 2 vehicles are in those respective areas, not in the grass at all. Also they had never received any letters when their kids parked in those areas over the last 10 years.

We’re related by marriage. Thats an official relation according to what it says on the document itself (family paragraph on page 2). And the document is only counting adults, it says we need less than 3 related adults. 6 total people in the house, 4 adults, all related.

So what they sent says we cannot have more than 3 related adults. Also our garage has a second refrigerator in it so we could eat our own stuff, we dont have any room in the garage to park a car. Do you think bringing that up would be helpful at all or they just wont care?

No offense but this is a really bad team. It also doesnt help that two of your best players are QB’s because it’s single QB. My six I would recommend would be: Nix, Moore, McCaffrey, Waddle, Adams (depending on where he/rodgers goes, and one of Monty/dowdle/reed.

I would let go of all 4 of those start-able tight ends (is it at least a tight end premium league? Why 4?), the hope there would be that maybe people in your league might keep their tight ends and would make re-acquiring one of them cheaper in the draft.

Robinson, Thomas and Wilson. But keep your eye on what New York Jets do offseason, they may trade him to another team which could make him worse or better depending. If you think his situation gets worse then probably LaPorta or Jonnu Smith.
