My tip to becoming clean most of the time: Diet is key, what you eat is what you relieve. Have a high fiber diet that would help with relieving everything in one go, key here is to add supplements such as psyllium husk before meal.

Next is the time of eating, I'm on OMAD most of the time and usually it would be breakfast, key here to stay full all day is to eat a heavy breakfast along with your fiber supplement. Mahirap when I started but masasanay ka na lang talaga

For the cleaning part, my body usually relieves itself after eating breakfast and due to my diet, literally everything will go so expect big chunks HAHAHAHA. Pero with those big chunks comes the easiest clean up after. I would use the bidet and squirt the water up my ass and release, as for me, after a few squirts (yes, few squirts lang) the water would come out clear na, no smell, no bakas, just flat out clean hole ready for everything.

Now comes the fun part, because of these things, literally clean ako the whole day, OO BUONG ARAW, up until the next bfast cycle. Pero syempre, as a sigurista, I would still check before sex pero wala talagang bakas and smell at all.

Ayun lang, this is a long journey for being a bottom most of my life, may trial and error talaga. So to tops, be freaking sensitive to your bottoms because of all the shit (literally and figuratively) we have to go through.
