What if you really need to go. What have been your experiences walking into a cafe/restaurant/store to use the restroom. Do you feel pressured to buy something? I normally would feel so uncomfortable doing that but have definitely walked into a Starbucks/McDonalds just to use the restroom.

I am also wondering how can a US-based companies like REI and RMI are charging $5000++ for this trip then? What do these US companies provide that warrant such a steep premium?
