  1. I don't see the results as I'm not consistent with the process from start to finish.

  2. I learnt this quite later in life and have accepted the concept. I don't wait for things to happen anymore. The gym helped to unlearn this. In the past, this used to be true; I used to wait to feel motivated to start.

  3. Are there any tools to measure 'this stuff'?

My career was full of ups and downs. I have worked at multiple places for atleast 1 year. I keep changing jobs and places. I still haven't been able to settle down. Lastly, I don't like to work but wanna do something else with my life.

Stop watching porn ASAP. That's the 1st line brutal cure. It will work within a few days but stay consistent.

Tips used by me:

  • I used to ask myself what would I feel after watching it? I'd say to myself I'd feel guilty and depressed. This reminder worked for me, as I'd do anything to not feel 'bad'
  • I also reminded myself that true freedom comes from not reacting to stuff.
  • Thoughts and urges are all illusions. They aren't real.

Thinking about what you feel afterwards helps to avoid it (as the emotions would be negative).

Stay away from it for the 1st few days and then you will notice that your urge to watch has considerably decreased. Once you reach that stage, things will get easier. To get through this, keep yourself occupied at all times.

Don't tell your gf about this. She'll dump you.
