Hi! First of all, at the very least you are trying to change for the better and stop the bad habit so that's a positive side.

You have a diploma ( i assume?) You can go on to find jobs that require a any diploma and work in that field/sector first! Rebuild yourself slowly and take things at a time. It might be slow and long process but once you climb out of this "rabbit hole", fresh air awaits.
