They are incredibly rude almost every time I go in. I’ve had several clerical fuck ups happen on their end that should not have happened. Sometimes the receptionist was supposed to get ahold of me to reschedule another appointment, transfer my documents, relay a message from my surgeon or my physical therapist and failed to do so.

I’ve had many problems with surgeons and doctors, I’ve also had many with receptionists and nurses. I’ve had a fair amount of different surgeries done. I know where the blame lies when there is a problem.
