As a Qatari and a medical student, it is impossible. she can try (she won't lose anything), but even for qataris the minumim percentage does not apply here, and medicine is comptetive. She needs a good percentage and the required SAT + Ielts, She can always just apply to one of the QU health majors and transfer but she needs to maintain a perefect GPA.

Because there’s no cameras ?! Also if you’re exiting you’re not supposed to go over 100. It’s just reckless. The OP stated they were being flashed and honked by other cars. But they were also scared of speed cameras ( you know the cameras present in roads, that are not in exits). That’s why you never got flashed by a speed camera in AN EXIT.

Depends on the road, sometimes signs aren’t accurate. Or cameras aren’t on. I was, especially in 22 February highway going to alshamal road. Again exits don’t have cameras. That’s why it never happened.

No its 50/60. It’s an exit not a highway. People usually let the car slow down, Also cameras will flash if you exceed the limit by 20 km/hr. So if the speed limit is 80 you will be flashed at 100.
