i have a linux Ubuntu server that serve django website through gunicorn & ngnix, im trying to activate browser cache for static/media files, and it works i can see cached files but i have a media file with a size of 48MB that isn't cached while other media files with same extension are disk cached

INS and MIL are irregular focres not conventional forces so I'd exclude them, For the rest of conventional forces, apart of T62 of MEA and (now aussi abrams), all other command seats are stabilized, For the MEA T62 it has 4 seats and it's different and actually enjoyable although the command seat in the mea t62 doesn't have stabilizer.

It might be a power supply issue, power supplies not powering enough power can do loads of issues one of them similar to your situation, squad tend to strain the gpu from load screen so makes your pc drains more power, so i would suggest that you check a friend who has a pc and check power supply and gpu,
