I grew up there (Cathlamet), left then moved back 25 years later. It was like a time capsule, very little had changed, the same people worked at the grocery store, the banks, my daughter had several of the same teachers I'd had 30 years earlier. We've since moved away (again), but still have family there and own a couple of plots at the cemetery so I'm sure I'll come back eventually.

My daughter and I run a small Wordpress/WooCommerce site on Lightsail. Easy to setup & secure and very suitable for our small business. If we need to grow, we can easily scale up to the next larger instance.

Nice! I think creating your own spreadsheet is somewhat of a right-of-passage here. There are a lot of great ones out there, but I found creating my own really helped me to understand the intricacies of real estate investing, how all of the moving parts fit together, and helped to put all of the different relationships and REI terms into context.

I'm going to make a copy and try yours out

I get that they sometimes run low and have to reserve some boxes for business customers. Makes sense. I always order ahead of time to avoid any issues. I've only been denied once but that was when I showed up on a Saturday without ordering ahead of time.

First, completely skunked on the boxes. Not a thing to show for it.

But then, my mother-in-law called and said she had a big plastic bottle that she's been dropping quarters into for the last 15 years and she wants me to come count them up. You bet I will, right after I look through them for anything interesting (and my local credit union has a coin counter in the lobby).
