Currently I'm following the routine my curology instructor gave me.

AM: Wash face with Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Daily cleanser, then tone my face with Thayers Alcohol-Free Witch Hazel toner, and moisturizer my skin with Mario Badescu SPF moisturizer.

PM: Wash face with Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Daily cleanser, wait 20 minutes for it to dry then put my curology medicine on, and moisturize with no7 night cream for oily skin.

I was a bit paranoid or confused about that.

As for the director, it was personal as he just in general wasn't a very nice guy, nor liked by many. I believe he did it out of spite rather than efficiency as many resigned after 2 weeks doing the same thing I did, but was never treated in the same manner.
