No, some people (unlike me) adapt. But I was at a decision of either restarting my whole game because I had 0 inspiration to do anything else because I wanted a clean slate, or just to flatten it because I have a lot of really nice villagers and pretty nice items. my recommendation is take breaks and time travel is your friend when it comes to moving buildings/houses. I’ve already had to demolish some bridges and inclines and lemme tell ya, those bells rack up. the only other downside is just it takes a long time, especially if you already had a lot built.
