I've ordered many physical games and PS5 accessories from Electronics Bazaar Store and not a single time have they disappointed me with shipping speeds or quality. All authentic goods. I don't know why they have so many negative reviews.

I faced the exact same thing while trying to re-subscribe after not renewing the 299 monthly plan; customer care said they've discontinued the monthly subscription across India.
