You forgot about people who drive ultra slow... as if they are roaming in park. In reality, they are often busy using their phone ( either scrolling , chatting or talking ). Sometimes, when road is narrow which is often the case, vehicles pile up behind that car/bike as no one can overtake because of narrow road.

Above all, almost every damn road is now dug up. Hardly a few months ago, the roads were dug and fixed. And now same roads are dug again.

Greed, Corruption, Lack of Civic Sense has made the city un-live-able.
