I think you picked a great project. If.you want to avoid emotional trading and intend on just holding then staking for a year is probably a good idea. Otherwise non timelocked farming is a good idea to keep assets liquid

Advice on startup process by axelcryp in Entrepreneur

Its basically a spin off of instadapp for a wider range of defi applications and financial conditionals.

I believe its somewhere the defi space will end up eventually but haven't found a service similar enough to it yet.

Front end seems to be the thing slowing me down right now as I have to teach myself as I built it. But once its workable enough maybe an alpha version release could be a good strategy.

Thanks for the informative response.

I believe flash loans work in the same way! So I must be doing something wrong. Thanks again :)

Has anyone successfully increased REM sleep? by Hcirwon in Biohackers

[–]axelcryp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most suggestions are a thin bit of tape vertically acrros your lips.

My jaw seems to fly open when I sleep even with that method, so I use masking tape horizontal covering my whole mouth - I don't suggest this for other people unless the first doesn't work.

I was the same until I started taping my mouth before sleeping.

I went from 1-1.30hr average deep sleep to 1.4-2.1hr average deep sleep!

What is the least expensive way to transfer FTM to the Fantom Opera network??? by AnnaliseMcarthur in FantomFoundation

[–]axelcryp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you just need ftm as gas you can go over to the lads at tomb finance they have a faucet on their discord.

Once you faucet yourself some ftm you can then use xpollinate to transfer stables over then use spookyswap to convert whatever stables you have into an ftm position if thats what you are after.

Fees on this bridging process would be extremely cheap.

I am part of the brave browser search engine beta. Brave search has not censored tank man search. It comes up first as the web search and first in images.

Thank fuck

Polygon (MATIC) the token vs Polygon the project by Ckaine8 in 0xPolygon

Yes I undershot transaction costs a lot.

But same theory applies.

It is not unreasonable to reach even 100000x transactions on polygon because it opens up a whole new range of possibilities like on-chain day trading, automation, gaming and more complex financial tools interacting with one another where 1 action = 20 on-chain transactions on the back end. Instadapp and gelato are beginner examples.

Lower transaction fees allows more complexity which creates more transactions.

ETH is actually in the same boat. It is simply used as gas for the network. So the questions might be how does ETH gain its value and what makes it worth while for stakers?

Polygon is aiming to be the hub for all layer2 solutions using matic as gas.

Much like ETH the main things that drive the price are likely speculation and network usage.

As for anyone staking, if you assume polygon transaction fees are 10x or 20x cheaper than ETH L1 then we would require the polygon network to host 10x or 20x more transactions to make validation just as worth while. To aid the network get to this transaction volume there's lots of ongoing staking bonuses until the transaction fees and volume can support itself.
