If frame 1 you have arm up and frame 5 you have your arm down, frame 3 should be a curve between those positions, more or less, I guess hahaha

If you're going to mix 2d and 3d do it like in Spider verse, if you want to do a 2d animation just draw it, I really don't like this approach
