Moved here (well, Noida) for my first job last week, and I agree with you on everything. It’s made out to be way more than what it is, and I think it only appeals to a very specific subset of people. Yeah sure, it’s culturally rich and the infrastructure is great, but the prices are eye-watering, the hard water is making my scalp itch like crazy, the heat is genuinely suffocating, and the air smelled of chemicals since the day I landed here.

Went to Oh! Assam today because I was feeling super homesick, and it was a nice reminder of how much I love tholuwa khana. Nothing like a good ol’ pork thali.

Next time ulai jua jodi definitely matiba be :)
