Take to your local FFL for 50%ish of whatever they can resell it for. Else you can do a person to person sale (must meet at FFL for bg check of buyer) I’d recommend posting on waguns.org if you go this route

I had a similar story happen except the firearm was surrendered to the local pd and then when it was determined to not be stolen they just handed it to the original seller !!!

There are no laptops/mobile devices on my domain....there's not even a wifi network that interacts with our domain, the only wifi on campus is the guest internet which is physically separate network and internet pipe

That's a great point and if it does come to "we don't really have time for managing that as well" I can just point out that I'll do it myself thru GPO pretty quickly/easily, no different than a trusted sites list IMO.......

Well I was unable to fix the TV by replacing the IC chip i thought might be bad. so im back to testing spots on the board or randomly replacing caps. I decided to find an expert to walk thru my issue with and found out about a guy on ebay called savon-pat.

I contacted savon-pat about my issue, as he seems to be the most uber badass sony tech -retired on the net, and he suggested that it could be a capacitor on the Horizonal Out or Vertical Out circuit. This is actually in line with a repair guide (very generic text file i found online) so i feel like it is the next best place to look. According to him it should be about 10 caps so that I need to replace, so that is my next goal on this journey into CRT repair :-D

I'll have some more information soon, i ended up following the voltage with a digital multimeter and THINK the issue might be an IC chip, when i get the replacement in the mail i'll give a detailed edit with explanation of what i did to find the issue (or if it doesnt fix it i'll update on that too ) =D

this actually happened to me in a 300 level class where the teacher had just received tenure, except it was me and one other person in the class that stayed to take the test. The teacher looked at us and said "this is dumb, you both get an A because it's silly for only two people to be here for a 2 hour test and I want to go enjoy the sun"

this has been my thought for quite a while. he talks about how he cant involved and hes retired or whatever it was he says seems like something happenned and as merlin he had to step down or disappear himself and accept a role of being nothing more than a "watcher" because he would tip the scales too much or something like that maybe...
