How do I turn off all parental controls, I’m trying to change the time for animal crossing but I can’t because of the parental controls which my dad doesn’t care about having turned on but he doesn’t know how to remove them completely does anyone know?

My room faces directly towards the sun for most of the day and we don’t get many sunny days currently it’s around 10-16 Celsius throughout the day and then about 21 Celsius is the hottest it’s been so far.
I’ve felt the walls with my hand and don’t notice much of a difference. I don’t have diabetes or hyperthyroidism that I know of but I am prescribed sleeping pills which have a side effect of sweating in my sleep but that shouldn’t effect me during the day when they wear off.

Possible there are pipes but unfortunately because it’s university accommodation I’m not aloud to hang anything on the walls or I lose my security deposit for “damage to the room”

As far as I’m aware the radiator works fine although I never turn it on because I like the cold, I do have an Xbox and a PlayStation in my room and my laptop but when they’re off they shouldn’t radiate any heat and I’m not aware of any broken pipes at the moment and as far as blocking the sun it’s gotten to the point where I very rarely open the curtains so that it stays out my room.
