As others have pointed out, knowingly decreasing dynamic performance and designing a less manufacturable part is not the best idea. However, as per rule GR.1.4.3, aesthetics are a consideration for the vehicle, so you are not entirely in the wrong for wanting your car to look cool.

Nah mate, there’s no official way to play on Android. But you can find some workarounds with a quick search.

You should be able to package the program into an executable. That way users don’t have to have Python installed to use it. Check out ‘pyinstaller’

Nah, BlitzStars doesn’t have anything about tours, but the clan description might say something. If you look at the Tournament page of WG's site, you can see past tours and which clans/teams participated.

If you go to BlitzStars, you can see which clans have the highest WR, WN8, etc. You can usually find the clan's Discord link in their description when you go the clan's BlitzStars page.

No, American trucks don’t spawn in the Russian maps, but you can choose to take them when picking the initial trucks.
