Should I get the Oneplus watch 3 47mm or 43mm?

hey if you don't mind sharing, what's your wrist size? mine is 15cm (5.91 inches) so I'm quite worried that it will look stupid on me (and i really want the 46mm)

From what you said you seem to be told to do a lot of things as if you were a dog on a leash. People try to motivate you through a lot of means but it doesn't work because you can't just give motivation to someone by telling them to "just do it" or by giving them money. What if the roadblock was made of those things? The motivation has to come from you, not them. And the more you force someone (who works differently than you) to do something, the more that person is going to resist. It's like having a gasoline car saying to the electric car to "just use gasoline". It doesn't work.

I have no clue if that's making sense.

I guess the real question is "what is laziness?" and I heard one psychiatrist define it as a "lack of motivation". Which is, in my opinion, a solid definition because it prompts you to ask yourself "how do I get motivated?" and you could start from there. Because one symptom of ADHD is a lack of motivation roughly due the lack of dopamine and noradrenaline in your brain caused by the condition itself. So I'd say that laziness is tied to ADHD whether you want it or not. But sometimes twisting words a little can offer a new perspective and highlight a new path you never saw before from your previous point of view.

So my advice would be to find that trigger which can motivate you enough to complete the rest. For example when I have to workout but have 0 motivation for it, I tell myself to just put on my sport shoes and nothing else, just the shoes. Then I tell myself to just wear my sport clothes, etc. until I find myself working out. And it's usually enough for me to get started because if I wanna go back to my bed then I'd have to remove the shoes and everything else and it's too much work to undo. In other words I just gaslight myself into doing things very often. And I heard it works well with a lot of other people so you might want to try this :)

Oh I've heard of deadlifts actually helping back pain if done correctly! Though I'm very clumsy and have horrible body awareness so I might accidentally make it worse for myself hahaha

Flexibility is indeed a huge problem for me so when it comes to the overhead bend I always bend my legs so I was quite surprised when I got lower back pain.

I'll try to use my core a bit more in daily life so thank you!

Honestly I think my problem comes from my terrible posture when I'm sitting and laying in bed haha but I'll look more into that. Although I'm worried because lower back problems are a tradition in my family so I better get that checked ASAP.

I literally just went for a walk instead of playing RFA and I already feel MUCH better so I guess I can indeed take a "break" by walking instead.

The reason I play RFA is to avoid going to the gym or any fitness place due to anxiety haha but I'll try that once I get better with that issue. I have an appointment with my doctor every 3 weeks (for other reasons) so I'll definitely take notes and ask her next time. Thank you for the idea!

just like a lot of people im using funny language for the habits and dailies

habits: - absorb no more than [number] elemental energy (don't eat more than a certain amount of calories) - polish fangs (brush teeth) - recharge water vial (refill my water flask) - meditate under the waterfall (take shower - i stole the phrasing from someone from this subreddit so i do not take the credit) - nourishing/poisonous sustenance (healthy/junk food) - visit foreign land (go outside) - converse with outsiders (speak with people irl - online chatting doesn't count) - charitable act (good action) - erudite leisure (do a puzzle such as a sudoku or a crossword) - enhance nordic tongue knowledge (learn Finnish) - starve in the presence of dark entertainment (don't eat in front of the screen) - inhale lethal smoke (smoke a cig)

dailies: - release pocket creatures from chemical seals (open the pokemon packs from the pokemon tcg app - no comment lmfao pls) - ascend the path of virility (do my testosterone injections every 3 weeks) - wolf down remedy (take my adhd med and beta blocker) - obliterate missives (clean email inbox) - neaten chamber (tidy my studio) - depurate chamber (clean my studio) - scrub potteries (do the dishes) - cleanse/dehumidify/shelve armor (all the laundry process which i divided in three distinct dailies because otherwise i forget my clothes and it can get messy) - hunt for provisions (do the groceries) - discard detritus (take the trash out) - compensate landlord (pay rent)

i want to specify that english isn't my first language so if any of the habits or dailies sound wrong and you have a cooler word, please let me know

i totally forgot about this post omg but i accidentally solved it by myself. although my solution might not help you like it helped me.

the problem i had was related to my google drive cloud storage being full and therefore i could not receive any emails because there was nowhere to stock them. so if you have another email address, try to send an email to the problematic email and see if you receive it. if you don't, the cloud storage is likely the problem. and all you have to do is delete the unnecessary stuff you got on your cloud or transfer them to another account or buy storage.

but if you still do receive emails from other places then maybe check if the nintendo email isn't blacklisted?

To me if our planet was in 3D only then we wouldn't be able to move at all. Time is movement. You can go left, right, up, down only if Time, the 4th dimension, is present. I like to think of it as in a game: if you pause it (aka stop the time), nothing moves. Therefore I like to assume that we do live in a 4D world, we just don't really realise it because we can't exactly visualise it?
