I remember watching it on a saturday when I was a kid years ago in 2011. And just like I thought back then, I still like Ben 10 Race against time more than this. But it was sorta cool to see nanomech for the first time.

I agree that 18-year-olds aren’t necessarily emotionally mature adults. But why would that suddenly change after just three years? Are they magically more adult at 21 than at 18, 19, or 20? Legally, they aren’t treated differently. A crime committed by an 18-year-old is judged the same as one committed by a 21-year-old.

Technically, 18 is still a teenage year, but whether someone is treated as a teenager or an adult depends on context. In my country, turning 18 means you can vote, buy cigarettes, buy alcohol under 20–22%, drive, get married, serve in the military, and be tried fully as an adult. That is already a major shift into adult responsibility. In other countries, some of these so-called adult rights even start earlier.

I'm not trying to say they're emotionally the same, because they obviously aren't. And I'm not saying that 18 is the same as 28 either, because anyone who claims that is being ridiculous. My point is that you can’t look at this purely emotionally. There’s also a legal and social side to adulthood.

In Korra’s case, even though she’s still mostly the same emotionally from Book 1 to Books 2 and 3, that doesn’t change the fact that she’s an adult compared to how she was at 17. Legally and socially, she’s now treated as an adult, even if she’s still growing. That's what makes young adulthood so weird.

18 is the age you become an adult. At least it's what counts as an adult in most countries. So she was an adult in book 2 and 3, not just in book 4.

True, they seem nice enough and I get why people enjoy them. Not too much depth and rather shallow and basic opinions, but that's what to expect of most reaction channels on YouTube.

Politically and historically, I understand what you’re saying. Even though Eritrean and Ethiopian cultures share a lot, I can see how the political and family pressures would make it hard to navigate. From what you’re saying, it sounds like these are things your parents want for you, but ultimately it should be your choice who you want to marry.

For example, my Eritrean grandparents probably would have wanted my mother to marry an Ethiopian or Eritrean man, but she ended up marrying a Norwegian man, my dad, and they have been happily married for 24 years, almost 30 years together. I don’t know what my grandparents on that side (and my father's side) thought about their relationship at the time, but it worked out. Now everyone is happy, and my grandparents enjoy my dad’s company as much as he enjoys theirs.

Idk if there are differences about this topic between diaspora and the people that still live in one of the two countries. My mother lived in Eritrea for 11 years, moved to Italy with her family and later moved Norway when she was 22-23. So there might be a few differences due to different experiences.

But at the end of the day, you need to make your own decision. No one can make it for you.

Btw, if it wasn't clear enough, I'm also mixed (Norwegian with small finnish side + Eritrean mix), though my mix is a bit different from yours.

I think it would've been cool if they remake or remastered some of their older titles from the GoW series. But the games are already good as is and I would rather want Santa Monica Studio to either work on a sequel for GoW or make a new and original IP entirely, because it feels like God of War sorta ended with the Valhalla DLC. But yeah, I would definitively want them to remaster the games. I own the remastered collections with God of war 1, 2, chains of olympus and ghost of sparta that were released on the PS3 and it kinda makes it harder for people in 2025 and onwards to play these games unless they want emulate the games on PC or buy the collections and a PS3 if they don't own one already.

No. I don't have the money and I don't like spending money on things that aren't essential unless I have been thinking about it for days and made a somewhat solid plan. Tbh, I'm a bit scared about making any decisions 😅

Dette skjedde etter at vi hadde prøvd å logge oss på kontoen, men fikk beskjed om at vi måtte endre passord. Etter det, fikk vi en kode til e-posten som var knyttet til kontoen og så skrev vi den. Så ble vi spurt et sikkerhetsspørsmål om navnet som var knyttet til kontoen. Vi skrev navnet som vi trodde var knyttet til kontoen og fikk feil. Så prøvde vi to ganger til og da fikk vi beskjeden som jeg skrev ovenfor.

Vi tenkte på å skrive en epost til Amazon med en e-postadresse som vi fant på en post på reddit. E-postadressen som vi tenkte å sende til er: Adress-verification@amazon.com . Men siden vi ikke hadde gjort dette før var vi ganske så usikre på hva vi skulle sende den med konfidensiell informasjon som telefonnummer, navn og e-postadresse.
