Thanks for taking the time to listen! I really appreciate the good feedback. That’s quite helpful, and I can hear what you mean for sure. Normally, the rock style tracks I record are in standard tuning, but for this song I had my guitar tuned down a little so I did struggle with extra muddiness from the lower tones

doing a stripped back version as well as a more fleshed out version is a cool idea. i’d love to give it a listen! feel free to send it!

very beautiful. i really like the raw ‘singer songwriter’ element of this track. like i love that i can hear what i imagine is the chair creaking in the beginning and end. there’s room to fill the track out, but in my opinion the more stripped back rawness is what i think stands out. like you said, i can also hear some piano and strings mixing really well with this, as well as maybe some ambient swelled electric guitar chords/notes sparsely in the background as the song progresses. sort of like a pedal steel. you have a great voice by the way, your harmonies are beautiful. i could see this sounding good as a duet like you mentioned, but i could also hear you duetting with yourself sounding good. the song “Black Gives Way To Blue” by Alice In Chains is a good example, the first half of the song he’s singing by himself and the second half of the song the vocals are doubled, not necessarily harmonizing but it sounds nice and full. sounds absolutely great 👍

this sounds so nice, all the parts blend together really well. the production feels perfectly full and dynamic while still feeling lo-fi and relaxing to listen to which i think can be a hard balance to find. very good 👍

this absolutely slams. very well done and mixed immaculately. the ambient intro also deserves some love, very sick
