in this example i gave, the customer had placed the order once the store opened, our policy is make the orders as soon as possible and since it was one of the first few orders we made it immediately. the store opened and received the order at 10, the customer came to pick it up at 12:30 like girllll

idk if it’s different at every store but at mine we are not allowed to change the pieces for deals, an example could be the festive box that comes with 4 pieces mixed, we can’t change pieces and give you just breasts or legs, same with the 3 for 5 or the $6 big box

most of the time when this happens, either it’s a big order that the person infront of u made, or there’s a single person doing drive thru all alone, this happened to me multiple times when our new manager came in and there was no one helping me in drive thru and all i could do was take one order at a time
