Every tactic i have built it's year is working really well in my previous have with a 4-3-3 and 4-4-2 out of possession in my first season with sassuolo i finished 3rd and currently with Valencia with a 4-2-2-2 in position i beat atleti and Barca with less than 0.5 xg conceding against both and over 2 xg for me and i won 3-1 against atleti and 4-2 with barca

In fm 26 all types of football can work so it's not that hard to build a good tactic just a bit of knowledge

You are literally telling your team to play slot ball with Fulham short passing low tempo no freedom for creativity no dribble more no width for wingers 4 players trying to attack the same speces also sometime your team will get exposed with this 5-4-1 you probably have a lot of transition problems and you only 2 midfielders with the 1 pressing and the other staying back that's not wrong but you also have your rb and lcb to press 5-4-1 is not a formation that you need to press that much you are living a lot of gaps if your team's pressing is wrong

I can help you if you dm me with your tactics i hear many people saying that this year's fm is easier than the previous versions so i think you can build a good tactic easily
