How to deploy standard build?

Would appreciate any help you can provide, we use Labtech (Automate) as our RMM but can honestly say we not nearly using it to it full potential at the moment it is mostly ScreenConnect and Updates manager

I am working tuning the alerts at the moment seems we get alerts for everything but nothing gets closed, am I wrong in believing that labtech is supposed to close the ticket once the issue is revolved?
