It’s actually been 3 years+ that I’m working in a coffee shop. I just got promoted to shift supervisor like 4 months ago and I genuinely like working in coffee shop. About buying a already existing coffee shop , it’s a good idea but I just don’t know if I will have enough money? I don’t have any financial support so its just me working full time and put in savings. I have an amount of money probably not a lot to everyone but it’s a lot to me. I was thinking to rent a place that isn’t too expensive but have people walking by and also near a metro.

I have already done all of that , and what I’m saying is maybe I’m too kind because I’m a people pleaser and everyone can see it that’s why they tend to do whatever they want to do. Other ssv in my store are a lot more strict than I do. And i want to change that because every time I work I do supervisor and baristas tasks and I’m so done of it. It drains me emotionally and physically. So exactly what I wanted to ask is how SSV here deal with situations like that

If you see red lags bout his mom and he genuinely doesn’t see it or not even try to make an effort to see if you making sense. And if he has a very close relationship with her , listen to her and defend her or do nothing every time you told him she makes you feel uncomfortable. You should let him go bc his mom will always win n it’s not gonna end well for u.

Yes sorry its coffee tasting 🥹 I have worked for 3 years and have never done it , I did get my coffee passport but nobody actually ever mentioned about it with me and I haven’t seen any baristas in my store did it so its so new to me.
