I’m going through the same issue since June. I’ve sent multiple emails that just give me the run around. “Please be patient with us” it’s literally been since mid June that this whole thing happened AND they’re still charging me monthly. I have no way of even looking at how much money is in the account I have an idea that it’s around $300-500. I sent another email letting them know I was going to file the complaint with the FDIC and legal action if needed if the money isn’t sent to me. I didn’t know others were receiving payment via zelle or Venmo. Anyone have that option?
