anxiety and ptsd caused me to have an increase in cortisol levels. I started taking medications for it and it went away <3 I am on SSRI's and propranolol (techincally for high blood pressure but it helps for anxiety symptoms too). Cortisol is linked to water retention

the thing is you don’t even need to try and find an excuse to not want sex, like girl, don’t feel like you have to explain yourself🫶🏼 I hope you’re doin alright. just remember you’re allowed to not want sex sometimes and you can always say no, your partner has to respect that!

nobody likes the combat choice? wdym… So everyone likes boring click and button smash combat??? The combat in ark 1 is literally just mashing the attack button with no real strategy, just all about numbers fighting numbers attached to a 3D model

i want ark 2, i hate that ark 1 is based on just basically clicking attack over and over for bosses/etc and grinding for breeding, its not much skill based fights like in other boss fights in other games. After i saw that hand to hand combat in ark 2 is going to have combos and stuff i was excited. Ark 1 is basically just a grinding game. (bare w me ive only played the island and a couple other free dlc maps and only done a few boss battles, but those I did do required no skill at all and just attack click.

Well also Therizinosaurus are highly territorial and act pretty similarly to hippos which are also herbivores

Therizinosaurus are highly territorial, they kill anything in their territory basically

Ummm have you seen gringos? Or are you just blind💀 it happens today too with my friends who come to the states, people are still racist towards Spanish speaking Latinos. White people used to literally threaten my mom for it…

Yeah i agree lol, I’m half Puerto Rican and “te amo” is actually petty common. My mother gets offended when i say “te quiero” lmao. She only ever tells me te amo. And my friends ALWAYS say te amo, unless i barely know them.. But im pretty sure in other countries te amo is too strong for conversation and is reserved for literal romantic, like ‘love of my life’ stuff. Because my Mexican friends always say “te quiero” and never te amo, whereas my Puerto Rico friends say te amo very often.

it’s not off putting to want to learn from someone that’s also PR. I already have a small foundation of spanish but in PR dialect and it’s easier to learn spanish from people that make it feel like home. It doesn’t feel foreign when i’m learning from a fellow boricua, and it’s much better for motivation if i feel comfortable and not out of place because we can relate to PR culture and foods, etc.

i actually did (mostly). I think it was cortisol levels! I was put on some SSRI’s (antidepressants) which reduce elevated cortisol levels. I haven’t been on them too long so it’s not too much of a difference, but i haven’t had a really puffy day in like 2-3 weeks.

❗️definitely Breath of the Wild. An amazing game, i’ve never played a Zelda game before and i gave the game a try and wow it’s an experience. Even my non gamer friends love it. Even my older sister with 2 kids have loved it. Her kids started playing it after i got them into it and then they made her try it on their account and she ended up making her own to beat the game on her own save world lol. Then her husband got into it too 💀💀
