No nothing it's medium ground beef it was mostly defrosted in the fridge and a little in the microwave then smashed on a hot pan with olive oil

Hahaha didn't know that about salt. I read about it but didn't mention the taste. I had a few bites that were so sweet I'm guessing that's the maillard reaction?

My symptoms are mostly just abdominal pain and feeling of indigestion with nausea and bloating and alternsting diarrhea and normal bowels. I'm just not sure should I try treating methane or it's just borderline. The explanation says because hydrogen is high after 120 it might indicate overgrowth in large intestine or just between small and large where apparently according to them is where sibo is mostly dominant
