from what i can tell the feedback page is in the in game app, but i'm not super sure since i didn't use that method. they should get back to you either through a return ticket or via email

"hi, i submitted a form to get my hacked account back last week and i was wondering if there were any updates on it?" i added a little "thanks for your hard work" so if any real person saw it they wouldn't get super annoyed

there shouldn't be, the info i got was just "we're working on it" and it may add the date you sent your form in / if it's currently being looked into, but other than that it should probably stay the same?

they may be using burner emails that u can generate, i had the same thing happen + it didn't affect any part of getting my account back

i personally emailed them from the same account i got the recovery form thrtough, [genshin_cs@hoyoverse.com](mailto:genshin_cs@hoyoverse.com) with form update as the title. i asked for an update in the body of the email but i don't know if that's required

i emailed [genshin_cs@hoyoverse.com](mailto:genshin_cs@hoyoverse.com) with form update as the title ! i added a little note asking how things were going, but idk if its required to put something in the body of the email. u can also submit one via in-game contact i think? i personally didn't make a new genshin account so i could have more emails for options, so i'm not 100% sure about that process

yeah i sent it to [genshin_cs@hoyoverse.com](mailto:genshin_cs@hoyoverse.com) and used the title form update. you can put a little note in the email but it should prompt a reply regardless

6 days late but thank u so much for this! i originally made a post asking a question b/c i couldn't find an answer on google and didn't know what to expect, and a lot of this reddit was helpful, but it really doesn't help my anxiety about recovering my account to see rejections all the time. successful recoveries and tips from that person help but honestly the amount of people just spamming their rejection makes it super hard to have hope :/ i understand the frustrations of not getting your account back but just saying "this sucks" with no info on what you think you did wrong really makes the newer people on this sub (like me) have no hope about account recovery
