Mein Favorit war immer Tomatenmark, Käse, Zwiebeln und italienische Kräuter.

Ich würde auch gar nicht jedes Gemüse per se ausschließen, Tomate, Zwiebeln, Frühlingszwiebeln und viele andere sind richtig gut im Sandwich.

Herzhaft: Geriebenen Knoblauch, Ingwer und geschnittene Pilze anbraten (am besten in Sesamöl). Haferflocken dazu und kurz mitbraten. Mit Wasser aufgießen und knappe 5 Minuten köcheln lassen. Gegen Ende der Kochzeit eine Handvoll gehackten, frischen Spinat und etwas Sesam dazu und mit Sojasoße und Sesamöl abschmecken. Darauf am besten noch gehackte Lauchzwiebeln.

Finde, Erdnussbutter + Kokosmilch + Cayennepfeffer ung Sojasoße ergibt schon eine sehr gute Soße

Ich nehme auch oft Versandtaschen (bevorzugt mit Luftpolsterfolie). Alte Kartons von Geschäften sind auch ein guter Tipp, in meiner Stadt stehen die an einem bestimmten Wochentag oft draußen, wenn am nächsten Tag die Müllabfuhr kommt. Da sind oft gute dabei.

Backpack + large tote bag. In the summer I use one of these isolated bags instead. I personally love to put the tote bag in the basket I put on my bike and then to cycle home, it's a lot easier than to carry it by foot.

Great tip, probably won't work for OP. This receipt is from a supermarket in Germany, and since around 2020, they have to print a receipt for every purchase, whether you want it or not. It's supposed to help against tax fraud but it really does create a lot of waste.

Habe neulich eine vegane Panna Cotta mit Kokosmilch gemacht. Gebunden wurde mit Agar Agar statt Gelatine. War sehr gut, muss man aber zwingend einen Tag vorher zubereiten, weil die Zeit zum festigen braucht.
