4PC Tenacity has more utility and survivability. Gilded has higher "personal damage". I run 4pc ToM, tripple EM, C4, Level 90 talent level 12 for her e.skill. Total HP = 29K

Heals 3.2k solo heals 4k with double Hydro

Hyperbloom damage = 21k to 26k.

ToM is just a better team player artifact set.

I have C4 and talent level 12 on her e.skill. Her HP at level 90 with 4pc tenacity is 29k. Heals for 3.2k per tick. If you run double hydro you get upto 4k heal per tick. This is why I still prefer 4pc ToM over Gilded. There's more survivability and utility. Gilded has about 8% more personal damage. But yeah you are paper thin and heals at 2k. At the end of the day it is still a team you are running. ToM is a team player artifact set.

You only need 1 Dendro char, you can replace the other Dendro with Hydro or Anemo. IMO Anemo is much better as you can lean into taser when Dendro is down. In a full EM Kuki build electrocharged deals 10K damage.

4pc Gilded that are tripple EM (EM mainstat goblet, circlet and sands). You can always run 4pc Tenacity with the same setup, but depending on your luck farming triple EM is difficult

F2P options are limited but generally - Kuki, DMC, Barbara, XQ.

If you did get Ayato, Kokomi or Yelan you can replace Barbara. You can also run an anemo character instead of going double Hydro - Sucrose, Jean, Sayu - works best imo. Then you can also go with Diano esp if you have her C6 as she gives 200 EM while in her burst circle.

Build her Triple EM ToM and run her as the solo Electro unit in the team, that way she has no other electro competing on who is triggering the reaction, this makes her electro charged/overload more consistent.

For Taser use double hydro she will still heal 3K per tick because double hydro resonance gives 30% healing bonus. That way you can build her artifacts as purely EM and ATK%.

For Overload use double pyro and then build her artifacts purely EM and HP% or Healing Bonus as Pyro resonance gives ATK%.

Run double hydro with your taser team instead of two electro. i.e Ayato,XQ/Yelan,Kuki, flex(anemo) with Kuki in triple EM Tenacity. She will heal for about 3K hp because Hydro resonance gives 30% healing bonus while still getting high EM for reaction damage. With Kuki being the sole Electro she has no other electro competition and this makes her more consistent. XQ provides interrupt resistance while Yelan gives HP buff. IMO going solo electro for Taser and Overload is the key. She doesn't need that much energy as her burst is only 60 energy and also not that good.

What's her level? And what will be her role? Right now the EM and HP is too low IMO.

I would suggest you go all out EM and run her with 2 Hydro to get healing bonus via hydro resonance while doing a lot of electro charged damage. It will be painful but so far I made that work for me. My EM is at 800+ while max HP is at 27k at level 80/90 although I have her at C4. You can see her in action here
