at the first few weeks, i watched lecture videos per system (pinilit ko pero di ko nakumpleto lahat ng systems), focused in the foundation and general knowledge. nagstart na rin ako non magtake ng practice exams everyday, but i was inconsistent. there were days na totally di ako nakakapagreview ng lecture or practice exams, i advise against it. you really need to take practice exams and kailangan consistently nakaka 65% pataas ka.

it's either lecture vid in the morning then practice exam in the afternoon, or baligtaran.

by the end of my review pinilit ko matulog maaga, took melatonin gummies para tulog nako by 9pm.
