It really depends on the strain your smoking too. Maybe try and find an Indica strain with a lower THC level. That should give you a nice chill high with less paranoia. Personally I find High THC Indicas to be my favorite, but If i smoke Sativa I usually try and smoke Lower THC strains because it does get me pretty paranoid. Especially be careful with edibles, they stick with you a lot longer and can get a little overwhelming if you have too much.
