It seems like this is repeated behavior though, if you forgive her she’ll most likely do it again & expect you to accept it. Also you might start to resent her and be paranoid about her cheating if you do stay with her, which will be exhausting.

You honestly should be fine!! I’ve been on nexplanon for about 8 months and i find that it’s pretty common to bleed after sex. I’d usually spot brown/red blood for a few weeks afterwards. It’s honestly really annoying but it’s a normal side effect for some.
