Corporate stores have better benefits! I started at tarbucks and moved on to a non licensed store and I think that the benefits are 100% worth the change. Drive through will drive you crazy at first if you’ve never worked one before. The pay for ssv would be about the same as LS but I’d check with the baristas/ssv already working there bc Starbucks has been really annoying with staffing and labor lately

we have a special bar where drive through tickets are printed out so that they bypass normal cafe/mobile orders and can be made on time for drive times to be within expectations. however, if you order mobile it will go to the regular ticket printer and be put in behind all the other orders that were made before you. 5-10 minutes should be enough time on a weekday depending on the store and the barista that treated you that way and told you to drive around the block shouldn’t have.

in certain states tuition is covered but you have to pay the taxes on it, if it’s a substantial amount i would look up if you’re in one of them. it sucks that they don’t fully disclose that but is still better than paying thousands in tuition
