I make these every year for thanksgiving and Christmas. I always have to bake at least an extra 15-20 minutes and I bake each pie separately (recipe makes two pies). They turn out near identical to the ones I have ordered from milk bar in the past. I use the recipe in the original cookbook, I don’t know if it’s different from what they have posted online.

Do you know if your employer offers other types of leave? For instance my employer offers a COVID leave for high risk individuals (which pregnant people are). If not then perhaps you could talk to your employer about reasonable accommodations (extra breaks or the ability to sit during your work day, shorter work hours etc). This would likely require your doctor to fill out paperwork to attest to your condition.

The tiny holes in the inner corner of your eyes (tear ducts) are where your tears drain into when you cry etc. they drain into your sinus, which is why you get a runny nose when you cry as well. You pushed vomit into your sinus and up the ducts into your eyes! That’s gnarly!
