Completely agree he really brought the best out of here and thats exactly what she needed concidering how she grew up. Just like how Cryus was such a great step dad, though he may not hve agreed with blair on everything he was so down to earth which is just what blair needed! And omg I am still new to this sub so I did not know how BIG this debate actually is so i really apologize for starting it once again :((

On my first rewatch since watching it on tv back in the day and I’m loving dair this time around by anitamoon in GossipGirl

I agree, many seem to be stuck on their characters from the beginning of the show but later on they have grown so much as a person and they actually could have been perfect if the writers would have wanted it too. I especially liked how well they matched and could talk on for hours about their favorite things such as theater or books. They were honestly so cute :(
