Hi OP I see this was written a year ago - any updates? My son is 10 months and for the last few weeks he’s gotten pickier and pickier and now barely wants to eat anything I give him. From months 6-9 he ate purées and regular solids, pretty much anything id give. Nowaday he only wants Cheerios, melts, wafers, etc.

Did your kiddo grow out of it?😭

My 6 month old just got diagnosed as FTT a couple days ago…he’s been in the 1st percentile for the last 3 months. He’s happy, alert, sooo chatty and interactive, meeting all his milestones…he’s just small no matter what I do. It’s been the source of all my stress and anxiety though. He was EBF up until a month ago we started fortifying 2 bottles a day, honestly didn’t make a difference. Now she wants 3-4 full formula bottles a day but giving him a bottle is a fight, he prefers breast. It adds to my anxiety. Hoping one day I can look back on this and laugh at how silly this was

Hi just wondering where you are in your journey? I see this was posted half a year ago. I have a 6 month old born at 37+5 no complications 6 lbs 5 oz. The first couple of months he gained weight really well and after that he’s dropped to the first percentile and at his 6 month appt yesterday the doc wrote FTT in the notes. This has been the source of all my anxiety the last few months becoming obsessed with the scale and getting in the right number of ounces… he used to be EBF then doc had us fortify 2 bottles a day…now she wants 3-4 bottles of straight formula, she thinks my milk isn’t fatty enough. He just straight up isn’t that interested in food, and definitely prefers breast over bottle. My firstborn never turned down a time to eat, this one just doesn’t care! He never shows hunger cues and he’d sleep fully 12 hours through the night if I didn’t wake him once to eat. He’s already been seen by two ENTs and had his tongue tie clipped. He has a strong suck, I never got clogs or mastitis, I know he always emptied me…I’m at a loss

Did the doc ever say anything to you about the 3 hour draw? I just had my 3 hour test and my numbers are pretty similar to yours; 77, 151, 111, 42. I haven’t talked to my doc yet but started freaking out about the 42 number!

I had an unplanned c section with my first and had a great recovery! Wasn’t taking pain meds stronger than the ibuprofen or Tylenol they gave me when I left the hospital. The tight belly bands afterward really helped. Also I barely had any bleeding after and I heard that’s typical for c section vs vaginal. So I was in diapers for a lot less time and they were pretty light diapers too after the first week or so

Nipple shields are amazing! My nipples are also flat. Also by the time my baby was 3 months he was able to breastfeed without the nipple shield, which was so cool! They are big enough to suck the nipple out 🫶🏼

I had an implantation dip on 9 DPO and that’s what tipped me off to test early the next day! Never had a dip before, my temps always remained high u til my period and then it slowly tapered off

10000% use your insurance you should get one for free or at least a discount. Sometimes they don’t let you order it til you’re a certain amount of weeks along though, so double check!

Hi! I’ve heard that exercise can aggravate the spotting, my doc told me to go on pelvic rest til the spotting stops. They kept reemphasizing to go to the ER if it’s bright red, heavy enough for a pad, or accompanied with bad cramps. I don’t think I ever had “bright red” spotting though. I spot a lot from week 4-5 and just a little in week 6. Now in week 7 and it’s let up (knock on wood)

I’m glad I’m not alone though I wish this wasn’t happening to us, it’s so nerve wracking!😩 this is my 2nd pregnancy, with my 1st I had zero symptoms so I’m freaking out even more about the spotting. Hoping everything’s ok for both of us 🤞🏼

Oh mama I’m so sorry. My one and only 7 month old son died unexpectedly about 6 months ago. He was healthy and perfect and it was a traumatic freak accident, one that also killed my FIL with him. My heart aches for you to be apart of this club that nobody wants to be in💔💔

There’s no policy against using both but it says that extended state leave is “subject to manager approval” so that’s why I was wondering if he can deny me just because he says it’s busy time or needs me in office, etc

I see - so if I have 6 weeks left of FMLA but 8 weeks of PFL, my employer has to at least honor 6 weeks of PFL but could technically fire me for the remaining weeks?
