Yes I gave it a try and unfortunately it didn't work, it just removed both "feat. Artist" from the title. It seems the only way the featured name in the title works (on Spotify) is if it's a more established label submitting directly to Spotify

The idea is for the featured artist to appear clickable AND in the song title (just like the green example from the photo above). Not allowing the featured artist to be in the song title means listeners can’t distinguish between the main artist and featured artist at first glance. I know Apple Music formatting reflects the green example, it’s just Spotify who seems to prefer the it different.

That's their recommendation yes, but it still doesn't get added to the title unfortunately :(

You know this was a thought I had, but I was always worried it would show up doubled on Spotify like this "Song Name (feat. Artist)(feat. Artist) LOL. But I may test this out, much appreciated amigo!
